Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Customer Success Center - Industrial.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Customer Success Center and Inside Sales functions
- Lead, develop, and mentor supervisors and frontline teams to foster a high-performance culture
- Drive revenue growth and customer retention by identifying new opportunities within the industrial market
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in customer success, contact center management, or related field
- 5-10 years of direct leadership experience managing supervisors or team leads in a high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of customer service metrics, workforce management, and CRM/CCaaS platforms
- Proven ability to drive performance improvement and team development
- Bachelor's degree
