Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success responsible for leading and scaling a high-performing Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to manage enterprise accounts and meet performance KPIs
  • Own the team's Gross Revenue Retention target and ensure proactive management of at-risk accounts
  • Champion the Business Impact Workshop program to connect MDM adoption to customer business outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related post-sales function in B2B enterprise software
  • 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring Customer Success Managers or similar roles
  • Proven track record of exceeding GRR/NRR targets in a complex portfolio
  • Experience in facilitating executive business reviews or value-based customer engagements
  • Familiarity with MDM, data management, or adjacent enterprise data platforms is preferred
