Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for partner success, focusing on customer retention and growth
  • Build strong relationships with key executives and operational leaders from customer organizations
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and report on retention, churn, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Seven to ten years of account management or business development experience in healthcare
  • Preferred MBA or other Master-level degree
  • Experience with Population Health or Complex Care programs is preferred
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
