Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for partner success, focusing on customer retention and growth
- Build strong relationships with key executives and operational leaders from customer organizations
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and report on retention, churn, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Seven to ten years of account management or business development experience in healthcare
- Preferred MBA or other Master-level degree
- Experience with Population Health or Complex Care programs is preferred
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
