Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and evolve customer success strategy and segmentation model
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and renewals
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure effective risk mitigation and communication
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • 3-5+ years of experience leading Customer Success or account management teams
  • Proven ability to execute within a defined strategy and drive team performance
  • Hands-on experience with CS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ChurnZero, Intercom)
  • Strong operational mindset with experience in building and improving processes
