Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Customer Success or similar SaaS roles, with 5+ years in leadership at high-growth startups
- Strong understanding of Customer Success metrics and data-driven analysis
- Experience managing relationships with enterprise-level customers and executives
- Hands-on experience with Customer Success platforms and CRM tools
- 3+ years in financial services or wealth management preferred
