Job Summary
Director of Customer Success, this full-time remote position is responsible for overseeing delivery operations, client account management, and project governance to ensure high-quality and compliant solutions while leading a matrixed team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight of delivery operations and ensure alignment with organizational strategy
- Establish and enhance delivery governance frameworks and standards for scalable execution

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Risk Management, Operations, or related field
- 10-15 years of experience in delivery management or related functions
- 5-7 years of leadership experience in a matrixed environment
- Preferred insurance designations or project management certifications
- Deep expertise in insurance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
