Job Summary

Director of Customer Success, this full-time remote position is responsible for overseeing delivery operations, client account management, and project governance to ensure high-quality and compliant solutions while leading a matrixed team.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Risk Management, Operations, or related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in delivery management or related functions
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience in a matrixed environment
  • Preferred insurance designations or project management certifications
  • Deep expertise in insurance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
