Job Summary

Leading strategic enterprise partnerships, the full-time remote Director of Customer Success will oversee a dedicated account team supporting Target's North American business, focusing on customer relationship management, operational excellence, and team development.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own the overall customer relationship for the Target North America business and lead strategic account planning
  • Directly manage a Senior Customer Success Manager and ensure strong alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Monitor customer health and adoption metrics while identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions
Required qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enterprise SaaS leadership roles
  • Proven success managing large enterprise accounts with complex stakeholder structures
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong operational mindset with experience in building scalable processes
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, marketing technology, or enterprise workflow platforms is a plus
