Job Summary
Leading strategic enterprise partnerships, the full-time remote Director of Customer Success will oversee a dedicated account team supporting Target's North American business, focusing on customer relationship management, operational excellence, and team development.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the overall customer relationship for the Target North America business and lead strategic account planning
- Directly manage a Senior Customer Success Manager and ensure strong alignment across cross-functional teams
- Monitor customer health and adoption metrics while identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions
Required qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enterprise SaaS leadership roles
- Proven success managing large enterprise accounts with complex stakeholder structures
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments
- Strong operational mindset with experience in building scalable processes
- Experience in SaaS, AI, marketing technology, or enterprise workflow platforms is a plus
