Job Summary
Leading the expansion efforts in existing accounts, the full-time remote Director of Customer Success will engage with CXOs, drive high engagement through Executive Business Reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve account challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new opportunities and close deals within existing accounts through value-based solution selling
- Drive client engagement and demonstrate value realization and ROI through regular business reviews
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and other teams to create new business opportunities and address account success blockers
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS Enterprise Sales and/or Account Management with large enterprise accounts
- Hands-on experience with SDK, HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and SQL is a plus
- Strong executive presence with the ability to develop CxO relationships and lead strategic initiatives
- Proven problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions for client satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
