Job Summary

Managing a team of Customer Success Managers, the full-time Director of Customer Success will oversee customer retention, adoption, and growth for a diverse portfolio of clients across the U.S. and Canada in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers to enhance customer engagement and outcomes
  • Oversee customer health and performance, ensuring effective onboarding, adoption, and renewal strategies
  • Drive performance metrics, managing KPIs related to revenue retention, customer health, and expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring customer-facing teams
  • Experience managing complex customer portfolios in a SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to drive retention and growth
  • Excellent coaching and leadership skills
