Job Summary
Managing a team of Customer Success Managers, the full-time Director of Customer Success will oversee customer retention, adoption, and growth for a diverse portfolio of clients across the U.S. and Canada in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers to enhance customer engagement and outcomes
- Oversee customer health and performance, ensuring effective onboarding, adoption, and renewal strategies
- Drive performance metrics, managing KPIs related to revenue retention, customer health, and expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring customer-facing teams
- Experience managing complex customer portfolios in a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to drive retention and growth
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills
