Job Summary
To support a growing EMEA region, the full-time remote Director of Customer Success will build and lead a high-performing team, design customer journey strategies, and orchestrate cross-functional execution to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing EMEA Customer Success team to improve customer coverage and execution quality
- Design and execute strategies that increase customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention while driving revenue growth
- Establish and govern KPIs to measure customer health and business impact, identifying risks and improving decision-making
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive Customer Success leadership experience in technology or SaaS
- Proven experience in building high-performing teams and translating strategy into measurable business impact
- Experience in change management and technology-enabled process improvements
- Demonstrated success in customer adoption, health, and renewal performance
- Exceptional executive leadership and relationship-building skills
