Job Summary

Leading a high-performing Customer Success team, the full-time salaried Director of Customer Success will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving operational excellence, and fostering long-term account growth in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
  • Establish performance expectations and development opportunities for team members
  • Build scalable customer success processes and drive alignment across internal departments
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business-related degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related leadership roles
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience in customer success or account management teams
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic B2B customer relationships preferred
  • Background in promotional products, branded merchandise, or related industries strongly preferred
