Job Summary

Leading a high-impact team of Customer Success Managers, the full-time remote Director of Customer Success will drive execution and strategic account management for Enterprise and Strategic customer segments, ensuring maximum value and fostering deep customer partnerships.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality engagement and drive adoption, retention, and expansion across the customer base
  • Develop and maintain deep product expertise to empower the CSM organization in maximizing customer value
  • Build and inspire a segment-focused Customer Success team, implementing scalable processes and metrics for efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or sales leadership in SaaS, focusing on Enterprise or Strategic segments
  • 6+ years of direct client management experience with enterprise-level customers
  • Demonstrated ability to design, build, and scale global organizations and processes
  • Proven executive leadership capabilities with strong operational rigor and high emotional intelligence
  • Strong technical acumen, including experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement technologies
