Job Summary

Leading a high-performing customer success organization, the full-time Director of Customer Success in the Automotive sector will drive value, retention, and growth for automotive clients by managing teams, establishing KPIs, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences and outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop Customer Success Managers and related roles to achieve performance goals
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to translate customer data into actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective customer engagement and support strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS or related industries
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing customer success teams
  • Strong automotive industry experience and domain expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence without direct authority
