Job Summary

A company in the software industry is looking for a Director of Customer Success.

Position Responsibilities
  • Lead the Customer Success & Renewals Team, developing and building the operations as the company grows and increases the long-term value of customers
  • Ensure the ongoing success of customers as they transition from the sales pipeline to active paid users, managing new and existing contract renewals and acting as the point of contact for all escalated issues and complaints that may come from Support
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize issues for resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of Customer Success experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience working in startup-like, high-growth, sometimes chaotic environments
  • Experience with Gainsight or similar customer success/product experience software preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
