Job Summary
Leading the post-sale customer lifecycle in a remote capacity, the full-time Director of Customer Success (CJIS Compliance) will manage customer engagement strategies, ensure value realization, and drive retention and renewal efforts across various customer segments.
Key responsibilities
- Execute Customer Success strategies to align with company growth and retention objectives
- Develop and operationalize a multi-tier engagement model for customer accounts, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and address high-impact situations effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS roles
- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, developing and managing teams
- Proven track record of managing retention, renewals, and customer growth metrics
- Strong understanding of Customer Success operating models and data-driven decision-making
