Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Technical Success Managers, establishing expectations and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Drive scalable technical impact by ensuring consistent delivery of technical enablement and adoption planning
  • Guide the team in executing success plans that deliver measurable business value and mitigate risks
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in post-sales technical roles, with at least 3 years in a management position
  • Experience in SaaS, AI/ML platforms, or enterprise software environments
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Strong people leadership skills and experience managing technical customer-facing teams
  • Deep understanding of GenAI or AI/ML platforms and customer lifecycle value realization
