Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in Customer Relationship area, or High School Diploma with 12+ years of experience
- 10+ years of experience in marketing to customers
- Management experience
- Experience presenting to corporate clients/customers
- Proven track record in building and scaling customer success or operations organizations
