  • Oversee operational strategy and execution for service delivery and process optimization

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in Customer Relationship area, or High School Diploma with 12+ years of experience
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing to customers
  • Management experience
  • Experience presenting to corporate clients/customers
  • Proven track record in building and scaling customer success or operations organizations
