Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the annual and quarterly goal-setting process for Customer Success, including target methodology and ongoing calibration
  • Build and manage a renewals forecasting model to improve predictability and drive proactive intervention
  • Lead a team to define customer segmentation, capacity planning, and ensure data integrity for reliable forecasting and reporting


Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer success processes
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Excellent analytical skills for analyzing complex data sets
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in building high-performing teams
