Job Summary

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success operations, with a focus on building teams and processes
  • Experience managing large transformation programs and foundational system infrastructure
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex topics to various stakeholders
  • Proven ability to foster collaboration and create clear accountabilities
  • Experience managing analytically rigorous initiatives with standard SaaS metrics
