Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success operations, with a focus on building teams and processes
- Experience managing large transformation programs and foundational system infrastructure
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex topics to various stakeholders
- Proven ability to foster collaboration and create clear accountabilities
- Experience managing analytically rigorous initiatives with standard SaaS metrics
