Job Summary
Director of Customer Success Operations, responsible for driving operational excellence across Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services in a full-time salaried role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the Customer Success operating rhythm and strategic planning
- Develop and maintain Customer Success metrics and dashboards for performance insights
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational change and customer experience improvements
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Business Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Consulting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Experience with AI trends and their application in Customer Success
- Healthcare or Healthcare SaaS experience is a strong plus
