Job Summary

Director of Customer Success Operations, responsible for driving operational excellence across Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services in a full-time salaried role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the Customer Success operating rhythm and strategic planning
  • Develop and maintain Customer Success metrics and dashboards for performance insights
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational change and customer experience improvements


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Business Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Consulting
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Experience with AI trends and their application in Customer Success
  • Healthcare or Healthcare SaaS experience is a strong plus
