Director of Customer Supply Chain

Job Summary

To enhance customer partnerships and operational excellence, the full-time salaried Director of Customer Supply Chain will develop and execute supply chain strategies, lead a high-performing team, and collaborate with cross-functional partners in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Customer Supply Chain organization, promoting accountability and continuous improvement
• Develop and execute customer-specific supply chain strategies to enhance service, availability, and profitability across National Grocery & Club customers
• Build collaborative relationships with customer supply chain organizations and cross-functional business partners to drive strategic initiatives and projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10+ years' experience in the CPG or food/beverage sector, with a strong understanding of customer-facing supply chain functions
• At least 5 years of prior people management experience and strong cross-functional work experience
• Proven track record in coaching and developing teams
• In-depth understanding of forecasting and inventory management within Customer Supply Chain
