Job Summary
Leading a revenue-generating training organization, the full-time Director of Customer Training will design, deliver, and continuously improve customer education across software products while managing a globally distributed team and overseeing the training lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Own the customer training P&L, including revenue forecasting and pricing strategy for training products
- Lead instructional design strategy for multiple product lines, producing both instructor-led and asynchronous content
- Directly manage a team of instructors across continents, providing coaching and professional development
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in customer education or instructional design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience managing a training function with revenue responsibility
- Strong instructional design skills across various modalities
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and CRM/ERP-adjacent systems
- Experience managing globally distributed teams across time zones
