Job Summary

Leading a high-performing regional team, the full-time salaried Director of Customer Value will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth while managing key business accounts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Inspire, coach, and mentor a team of Customer Value Managers to achieve high performance and align with organizational objectives
  • Oversee regional client satisfaction and establish success plans to enhance user adoption and loyalty
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while managing renewals and conducting data-driven quarterly business reviews
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing customer-facing teams
  • Strong background in customer relationship management with experience in large, complex accounts
  • Advanced skills in customer data analysis and reporting focused on revenue growth
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with professional English communication proficiency
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time
