Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of CX Renewal Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the global renewal strategy and processes to ensure timely and high-value renewals
- Engage directly with customers on strategic and complex renewals, managing negotiations as needed
- Lead and develop a high-performing renewal management team, setting clear objectives and fostering accountability
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, customer success, or revenue operations
- 5+ years managing renewal or recurring revenue teams in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Proven experience negotiating contracts and renewal terms with enterprise customers
- Strong understanding of SaaS financial models, including GRR and churn
- Experience with CRM, CPQ, and contract management systems, preferably Salesforce
