Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of CX Renewal Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the global renewal strategy and processes to ensure timely and high-value renewals
  • Engage directly with customers on strategic and complex renewals, managing negotiations as needed
  • Lead and develop a high-performing renewal management team, setting clear objectives and fostering accountability


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, customer success, or revenue operations
  • 5+ years managing renewal or recurring revenue teams in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Proven experience negotiating contracts and renewal terms with enterprise customers
  • Strong understanding of SaaS financial models, including GRR and churn
  • Experience with CRM, CPQ, and contract management systems, preferably Salesforce
