Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Cyber Threat Management to lead key cyber defense programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary cyber threat management organization
• Own Cyber Threat Intelligence by monitoring sources and disseminating actionable intelligence
• Direct the Enterprise Vulnerability Management program and lead Attack Surface Reduction initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading cyber defense teams/programs
• Proven people leadership strength, including hiring and mentoring cybersecurity professionals
• Strong understanding of threat actor tracking and TTP-driven defense
• Hands-on familiarity with enterprise vulnerability management operating models
• Experience building repeatable, well-documented, auditable processes with measurable outcomes
