Director of Data

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data to lead its data function across analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the data organization across analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence
• Set the data roadmap in partnership with various departments to align data priorities with company goals
• Oversee the design, evolution, and maintenance of the data platform, pipelines, models, and reporting infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong technical foundation across data architecture, pipeline design, and analytics
• Experience with Databricks, Looker, AWS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Terraform, SQL, and Python
• Track record of building scalable data systems that improve business performance
• Experience in a healthcare or regulated-data environment is a plus
