Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or data engineering, with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills, with experience in modern data transformation tools
• Deep understanding of data governance practices
• Experience working with AI/ML teams to deliver training datasets and support productionization
