Director of Data

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic data team, the full-time remote Director of Data will manage data infrastructure, analytics, and strategy while fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow the data team while contributing hands-on to data architecture and analytics
• Establish and execute data strategy across core systems and self-serve analytics tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data resources and insights

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related technical roles
• 5+ years of management experience leading data or analytics teams
• Strong knowledge of modern data infrastructure, including SQL and data modeling
• Experience with self-serve analytics systems and tools like Amplitude or Looker
• Proven ability to lead complex data initiatives from planning to execution
