Director of Data & AI
Job Summary
To lead enterprise Data, Analytics, AI, and Databricks practices, the full-time remote Director of Data & AI will manage large-scale transformation programs, ensure delivery excellence, and build strategic relationships with executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight for Data & AI transformation programs and ensure delivery excellence across engagements
- Act as the primary contact for client delivery leadership, managing expectations and aligning initiatives with business objectives
- Lead enterprise Databricks implementations and design scalable Data Lakehouse architectures to support AI and analytics workloads
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, or Enterprise Architecture
- Minimum 7+ years leading enterprise Data & AI programs with a strong track record in Databricks-based transformations
- Experience building Data & AI practices or Centers of Excellence
- Proven ability to work with executive stakeholders and manage global teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
