Director of Data & AI Design
Job Summary
Leading user discovery and rapid experimentation efforts, the full-time Director of Data & AI Product Discovery & Design will oversee Discovery Designers and ensure the usability of Data & AI products to meet business outcomes while collaborating closely with Product Management and Tech Leads in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducts user discovery activities to understand user needs and pain points
- Drives rapid prototyping standards and learning cycles to accelerate product iteration
- Facilitates design thinking sessions and ensures insights inform product strategy and roadmaps
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years in product design, UX research, service design, or similar roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Experience leading design or discovery teams
- Strong qualitative research and prototyping skills
- Knowledge of the Product Operating Model and modern discovery frameworks
