Director of Data Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Data Analysis, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation
• Collaborate with data engineers and DBAs on technical design and analyze large healthcare data sets
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and foster collaboration to achieve shared goals

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of healthcare industry experience
• 10+ years analyzing eligibility and medical/Rx claims data
• 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements and writing specifications
• 5+ years of SQL experience and 3+ years as a project lead
• 3+ years of experience in a people manager role
