Director of Data Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Data Analysis, remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data analysis projects including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement
• Collaborate with data engineers and DBAs on technical design and lead processes that analyze large, complex healthcare data sets
• Manage multiple concurrent projects effectively and act as project lead, SME, and potential people manager

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare industry experience
• 10+ years of experience analyzing eligibility and medical/Rx claims data
• 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements and writing specifications
• 5+ years of SQL experience using commands such as GROUP BY, SUM, JOIN, WHERE
• 3+ years of experience as a project lead and in a people manager role
