Director of Data Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Data Analysis, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data analysis projects including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement
• Analyze large, complex healthcare data sets and ensure data quality meets expectations
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and foster collaboration across teams to achieve shared goals

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of healthcare industry experience
• 10+ years of experience analyzing eligibility and medical/Rx claims data
• 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements and writing specifications
• 5+ years of SQL experience with commands such as GROUP BY, SUM, JOIN, WHERE
• 3+ years of experience as a project lead and in a people manager role
