Director of Data Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Analysis to lead business intelligence strategies and enhance operational decision-making through data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to develop analytical solutions that support strategic goals
• Lead and develop a team of analysts to foster a data-focused culture within the organization
• Guide the creation of data insights and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, operations research, or a related technical discipline
• At least 10 years of analytics experience with progressive operational work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of direct leadership experience in developing teams and executing strategies
• Experience with data visualization tools and advanced analytical capabilities using Python and/or R
• Familiarity with cloud data technologies and database management systems
