Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team for data quality, development, management, and compliance within P&C Operations
• Create documentation to communicate data strategy and governance to stakeholders
• Lead the implementation of dashboards and reports while ensuring data accuracy and security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10 to 12 years of experience in a relevant field
• Two to five years of supervisory or management experience
• Equivalent work experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office tools and data visualization tools
