Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full modeling lifecycle from problem framing to ongoing monitoring
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models that provide measurable business impact
• Partner with business leaders to operationalize analytic solutions and ensure model validation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics)
• ACAS or FCAS preferred
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or actuarial modeling, including leadership roles
• Proven success in deploying advanced models with tangible business outcomes
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries preferred
