Director of Data Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Analytics and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the definition and delivery of health and social data analytics and reporting products/services
• Serve as product owner for products and services from the data platform, enhancing existing offerings to maximize value
• Provide guidance and management for data platform activities, including reports, dashboards, and data quality improvement

Required Qualifications

• Substantial healthcare industry and clinical informatics knowledge/expertise
• Strong understanding of federal public health programs and funding streams
• Experience with health information interoperability standards such as HL7 V2, CCDA, FHIR, USCDI
• 5+ years' experience with cloud-based data management, reporting, and analytics tools including SQL and BI tools
• Strong interpersonal and management skills
