Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data & Reporting to lead its enterprise analytics function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the enterprise analytics function, including dashboards and reporting
• Own the analytics product portfolio supporting various business units
• Establish data quality and governance standards for reliable information

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 10+ years of analytics, BI, or data management experience, including 5+ years in leadership
• Proven experience building and leading enterprise analytics or BI teams
• Strong expertise in data governance and analytics product management
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
