Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development of the Data and Analytics team's vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Data and Analytics solutions while ensuring quality and scalability
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Data and Analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics with a proven track record of impactful results
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing Data & Analytics teams
• 5+ years of professional services experience delivering Data and Analytics projects
• Deep understanding of Data Lake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Analytics methods and tools, particularly with Google Cloud products
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
