Director of Data Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data & Analytics (Product & Strategy).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Data & Analytics team, focusing on growth and performance
• Oversee the execution of the team's strategy, ensuring quality and business impact of outputs
• Define and execute the roadmap for in-product analytics and reporting features

Qualifications & Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Data/Analytics within Software-as-a-Service companies
• At least 3 years in a Director-level role with responsibility for team management
• Prior experience in Data Engineer or Data Analyst roles with knowledge of data lakes and BI suites
• Familiarity with modern data tools such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and PowerBI
• Experience in leading product management and go-to-market execution for data products
