Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Analytics to lead performance reporting and insights to enhance participant engagement across Workplace Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop forward-looking performance intelligence and establish KPIs aligned with business outcomes
• Conduct cohort and funnel analysis to derive actionable insights for strategy and decision-making
• Train and manage a team of analysts while collaborating with Data Engineering to enhance data quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 6 to 12 years of experience in business-focused reporting and analysis
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of analysts
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau
• Experience in marketing analytics and familiarity with sales, service, and business development functions
