Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Data Analytics - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative analysis to inform Medicare and Medicaid payment model design and evaluation
• Develop strategic relationships with clients and conduct financial and trend analysis
• Mentor staff and oversee the adoption of artificial intelligence in technical activities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience using SQL, Python, R, or SAS in a relevant environment
• 6+ years of experience with federal health policy issues, particularly Medicare and Medicaid
• Experience with healthcare claims and enrollment data
• Experience in managing personnel and advising clients
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare data/payment concepts
