Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Analytics to lead and scale its data analytics organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Analytics Leads while ensuring high performance across sub-teams
• Act as a strategic data counterpart to Product leadership, integrating data into the product development lifecycle
• Shape and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for Data Analytics, anticipating future data needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams across multiple business units
• Deep understanding of tech product metrics, experimental design, and user behavior analytics
• Technical fluency with cloud data warehouses and modern BI platforms
• Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to executive-level audiences
