Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Analytics to manage and enhance data analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise performance measurement across the member engagement lifecycle
• Define and govern enterprise engagement stages, core metrics, and performance standards
• Lead analytics delivery from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment with product and operational goals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 7 years in leadership roles
• Proven experience partnering with product and business leaders to define analytics strategies
• Experience in building and mentoring diverse analytics teams
• Expertise in product and customer analytics, including performance measurement and customer segmentation
• Demonstrated ability to operationalize insights to drive measurable outcomes
