Director of Data Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain core dbt models for reporting across various departments
• Own and evolve the enterprise analytics and reporting infrastructure, serving as the authoritative source of business performance data
• Proactively identify analytical gaps and deliver insights before stakeholders request them

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with at least 3 years in a senior role
• Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in Snowflake
• Extensive experience building data models from Salesforce data
• Hands-on experience with dbt models in a production environment
• Experience managing and scaling small technical teams
