Director of Data Analytics

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise data strategy, the full-time remote Director of Data Analytics will define and execute a comprehensive roadmap to enhance data governance, modernize reporting, and build scalable analytics capabilities using Azure technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise data and analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and measurable value realization
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement a cloud lakehouse architecture and establish governance standards for data and analytics delivery
• Modernize enterprise reporting by driving consistent metrics and reducing duplicate reporting through centralized governance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise data, analytics, or business intelligence
• At least 5 years of proven experience managing teams and building scalable organizational structures
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, lakehouse architectures, and enterprise reporting governance
• Hands-on familiarity with Azure-based analytics ecosystems, including Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
