Director of Data Analytics

Job Summary

Driving innovation in data management, the full-time remote Director of Data Analytics will oversee the delivery of data solutions, manage a team of Product Owners, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enhance the commercial data ecosystem and implement advanced analytics capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Foster a culture of innovation by identifying and implementing data and analytics solutions that provide value to stakeholders
• Coordinate end-to-end service delivery from data acquisition to quality control and readiness for analytics consumption
• Create and maintain roadmaps for the next generation of data and analytics platforms in collaboration with technology and commercial leaders

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 4 years, or Master's degree and 7 years, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience in Life Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or Information Systems
• Experience leading data and analytics product teams on enterprise platforms
• Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps and strategies
• Experience in an environment requiring strong security controls and data de-identification
• Experience managing teams within an agile operating model
