Director of Data Analytics

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and operational support for enterprise data and analytics capabilities, the full-time remote Director of Data Analytics will manage data engineering, reporting, and analytics solutions while developing a high-performing team and collaborating with business and IT leaders.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the creation and maintenance of a multi-year data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
• Establish data governance standards to ensure data quality and compliance across the organization
• Mentor and develop team members in data analytics functions and manage project priorities and customer expectations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or technology leadership, including team management
• Proven experience with cloud data platforms and enterprise reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Understanding of healthcare data protection requirements and interoperability standards
• Experience in collaborating with both technical and business teams to drive analytics initiatives
