Director of Data Analytics

Job Summary

Owning the vision and strategy for enterprise data and analytics, the full-time Director of Data Analytics will lead a team to establish a comprehensive reporting platform, ensuring data accuracy and governance while providing analytical insights to support strategic business decisions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for enterprise data and analytics aligned with business priorities
• Build and manage a high-performing team of data engineers, analytics engineers, and analysts, focusing on hiring and performance management
• Establish governance standards for data quality, documentation, and access, ensuring a reliable self-service analytics experience for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, or reporting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven track record of building enterprise-scale reporting or analytics capabilities using modern data stacks
• Experience in establishing metrics, data governance, and quality practices at scale
• Strong technical understanding of data modeling and the ability to engage with engineers on architecture and design
