Director of Data Analytics

Job Summary

Building and leading a new data and analytics practice, the full-time Director of Data Analytics will own the design and implementation of the data platform, manage a small team, and ensure data governance while working closely with external partners to enhance internal capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the data and analytics engineering team, setting standards for data-driven decisions
• Design and build Kipu's data platform, including ingestion pipelines and reporting layers in Power BI
• Manage the relationship with external data partners, ensuring quality and knowledge transfer to internal teams

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in data and analytics, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience designing and operating a modern data platform from ingestion to reporting
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data modeling and building data warehouses
• Familiarity with Databricks, Azure, and Power BI
• Experience in a SaaS or high-growth company, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health
